TRAINING PROGRAMME
Development through Crawley Town's Philosophies


STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Strength & Conditioning (S&C) is a key feature of our training programme at under-19. When students join the programme they are expected to commit to their physical development in order to meet the needs of aspiring first team players.
GAME ANALYSIS
Game analysis helps our students understand the strengths and areas for improvement in their individual games, as well as understanding how well the team has understood our systems and styles of play..


TECHNICAL CONSISTENCY
All our players are expected to arrive on the programme with a high level of technical ability - we then aim to develop each player's consistency with their technical skills (first touch, passing, dribbling, shooting, etc.) so that they can perform at a high level.
WINNING MENTALITY
Moving from grassroots football into our foundation academy often means a change in mentality from playing with friends for fun to talking about winning matches and understanding what it takes to get results in high level competition.
